Home Theater Sound System
After a long long thinking period yesterday I decided to get a home theater sound system. At first I was into Philips MX5700D but then I changed my mind as integrated systems aren't expandable and I would (sure) be insufficient soon. Then I decided to make a custom set with three different products.
The Philips FR996 Digital Audio/Video Receiver is a perfect complement to any home theater. It can output a powerful 500 Watts and decode Dolby® Digital (AC-3), DTS, and Dolby Pro-Logic sound through Automatic Sound Type Detection. Other features include Natural Surround for more realistic Surround Sound, unique digital stereo downmix from Multichannel sound, and "Hall" for normal stereo with rear speaker sound.
I also got FB900 5+1 Speakers and a new DVD Player DVD728. I decided just to get Philips as I have a Philips TV and this way I can use all the devices with only one remote commander. (That's great as it alsı commands satellite network) Anyway, the device that excites me most is the
Receiver in this set. Last night I set the system up till 2.00am and tonight I think I will be enjoying it... First reviews soon...
