If you have played the VIRIDIAN room, can you please tell me how to start playing, because when loading the game after the first notes I get a balnk window and I have no view to the room at all!!!!

I found everything in viridian room. But, I am unable to proceed. I found the box to keep soul in.
Can u plz help me how to catch up the soul in the box & escape from viridian room?
I have unlocked the diary, the skeleton also.
So, what do I do next?
